Dawson Oaks Trailer Park Guide

All 19 achievements

Quick answer

Dawson Oaks Trailer Park ships with 19 achievements, and they split cleanly into three piles: the ones you will get in your first evening, the ones that teach you to play a role properly, and a small collection of deranged grinds that will take weeks. Here is the full list with unlock conditions and launch-week completion rates, so you can see exactly what the park is still struggling with.

Completion percentages below were sampled from the global achievement stats on September 20, 2026, three days after launch.

The easy ones (first evening)

AchievementHow to get itRate
UntouchableWin a round without ever being arrested or voted out60%
Easy WinWin a round as a Suspect without a single Suspect being arrested32%
Win Your First Game (Snitch)Win your first round as the Snitch32%
Win Your First Game (Supervisor)Win your first round as the Supervisor24%
Smooth CriminalSurvive 3 consecutive games as a Suspect without being arrested or voted out18%

Untouchable is the "just play normally" achievement - more than half the playerbase has it already. Smooth Criminal is the first real test of your table presence; three clean rounds in a row means you have learned to keep your crimes off the radar.

The role mastery set

AchievementHow to get itRate
By The BookWin a round as the Supervisor without completing any illegal urges or committing any crimes24%
Play Every RolePlay every unique role at least once10%
KnockoutBrawlWin the fistfight after a tied meeting vote11%
Deep CoverAs the Snitch, have the Supervisor call the police on you - and still win8%
A Safe CommunityArrest 3 Suspects in a row without a wrong arrest6%
Best Man for the JobWin a round as the Snitch without completing any illegal urges or committing any crimes5%

Two of these are the gold standard for their roles: By The Book proves a Supervisor can win on information alone, and Best Man for the Job is the honest Snitch's run - report everything, touch nothing illegal, survive. Deep Cover is the community's favourite stunt: get the police called on you as the Snitch and still win. Under 8% is doing it, which tracks.

KnockoutBrawl deserves a note: to get it you need a tied meeting vote, then to win the 1v1 fistfight that settles it. It is half luck, half whatever fighting system this park has, and it is the most chaotic badge in the game.

The grinds

AchievementHow to get itRate
Suppy And CommandSell 5 bags of weed in a single round as the Drug Dealer1.0%
Down The DrainFlush $20 down a toilet0.6%
Weeding Out the CompetitionAs the Snitch, sell weed 3 times and win the round0.5%
Track StarPush a shopping cart for a total of 1,000 metres across all games0.3%
Burn, Baby, BurnBurn one of every burnable item in a barrel fire as the Pyromaniac0.1%
Jack-pot!Win $1,000 from a slot machine0.1%
Blow Up 100 MailboxesExactly what it says0.1%
Is Your Refrigerator Running?Keep another player on a phone call for 2 continuous minutes6%

The 0.1% club - 100 mailboxes, the full burn list, and the $1,000 jackpot - are the park's long-haul projects. Track Star (1,000 metres of shopping cart) is the purest expression of what this game is about on a Friday night. And Is Your Refrigerator Running? is the sleeper: two continuous minutes on a call with another player is easier than it sounds, because nobody picks up.

Strategy notes

  • If you want achievements fast, the role-based ones gate everything: Play Every Role (10%) is the natural first long-term target, and it forces you through the whole roster - use our roles guide as your checklist.
  • Snitch achievements are the hardest to farm deliberately because so much depends on the Supervisor's calls. The Snitch guide covers how to convert safe play into wins.
  • Supervisor achievements reward discipline more than talent: By The Book and A Safe Community both punish panic calls. The Supervisor guide walks through call timing.
  • Money achievements (Jack-pot!, Down The Drain) tie into the economy guide - and no, we still do not recommend flushing rent.
